Kevin has had an extensive career in organizational & leadership development. Prior to his consulting practice, for over 14 years, Kevin successfully led multiple teams at one of the largest Canadian Corporations through transformative change where he empowered mindsets to move beyond any obstacles. Kevin’s education background is in Business & Strategic Human Resources Management with an Honors Commerce Degree & Strategic HR Management from York University in Toronto. Kevin is today considered a powerful voice in EDI, a strategic results-oriented change leader with a broad scope of Leadership & Organizational Development experience. Kevin has worked with numerous organizations in both public and private sectors such as Milton Chamber of Commerce, City of Chestermere, The Government of Manitoba, YW Calgary, CPA Canada among many others.
