Speakers
KEYNOTE - Kim Mason is Executive Vice President and Head of RBC Private Banking Canada, leading strategy, growth, and a national team delivering personalized wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients. Since joining RBC, she has held several senior leadership roles and has been widely recognized as one of Canada’s top business leaders and women of influence. A strong advocate for community and healthcare, Kim has served on numerous boards and task forces and currently holds leadership roles with the University Health Network Foundation and Canada’s Walk of Fame. She grew up in Milton and now lives in Oakville with her husband, Roger.
Tanya Fernandes is a passionate community leader whose energy, leadership, and dedication have shaped Milton for more than a decade through her involvement with the Milton Chamber of Commerce. As Owner of Keystone Realty Advisors, she blends real estate expertise with an interior design background to deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in community and care. Beyond business, Tanya champions local sports, supports numerous Milton charities, and highlights local leaders through her magazine, Community Keystones. Please join us in welcoming Tanya Fernandes as Chairperson of the Milton Chamber of Commerce.
Melissa Farrell has served as President and CEO of Halton Healthcare since June 2023, bringing a strong commitment to integrated care and extensive health system leadership experience. She previously led St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and held senior roles with the Ontario Ministry of Health, focused on system-wide coordination and improvement. Melissa currently serves as Board Chair of the Ontario Hospital Association and contributes to several provincial and regional health advisory committees. She holds degrees from Queen’s University and has completed executive education at leading business schools.
Karina Luquetti has been with 407 ETR since 2003 and has served as Vice President of Business Process Optimization and Strategy since 2020. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and IT, including auditing, consulting, and project management, and previously worked as a Senior Consultant in Uruguay. At 407 ETR, she has led major system implementations and process optimizations to improve operations and tolling services. Karina is a CPA (Ontario) and holds a Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation from Universidad de la República in Uruguay.
