The ESA  sets out the responsibilities of employers in Ontario with respect to rates of pay\, hours of work and overtime\, vacations\, public holidays\, leaves of absence and more. \n\n \n\nTo help our members\, we are partnering with the Ministry of Labour\, Immigration\, Training and Skills Development to deliver a session that will provide you with information on compliance with the ESA. \n\n \n\nThe session will be delivered by a subject-matter expert from the Ministry who will:\n\n	provide an overview of the ESA\n	identify new rules\, and \n	answer your questions about the new requirements (time permitting)\n\nJoin us on June 21st\, 2023 at 4:30 PM-6:30 PM to learn more about your workplace obligations and employee rights.\n\n \n\nIn Ontario\, the Ministry of Labour\, Immigration\, Training and Skills Development is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the ESA and its regulations. The Ministry is committed to educating employees and employers about their workplace rights and responsibilities.
